The Catalan club’s plan is, as President Sandro Rosell announced on Friday, that the new coach be presented this week. Tito Vilanova resigns as FC Barcelona coach

FC Barcelona gave some tragic news last night that Tito Vilanova will not be continuing on as coach. According to La Vanguardia, Tito handed in his resignation this morning after receiving news of a second relapse of his cancer. Abidal, Adriano and Alves dropped for tonight’s game against Valladolid
