It was first blood to Bayern Munich and Pep Guardiola on Wednesday night at the Allianz Arena in Munich for the first running of the Uli Hoeness Cup. Both teams were playing to a sell out crowd which saw an amazing 21 substitutions. Barcelona made their life difficult last night regarding a ticket to the final of the Champions League at Wembley. The Catalan team lost by four goals to nil at the Allianz Arena against German champions Bayern Munich to make it very hard on themselves for next week’s return leg at the Camp Nou in Barcelona.
