Chile won the Copa America for the first time in their history after a 4-1 victory on penalties over Argentina. That’s another final loss from Argentina and they’ll have to wait at least another year to end their trophy drought, when the centenary version of the Copa America takes place in the US.

In the Copa America, Barcelona forward Lionel Messi led the Argentine offense to crush Paraguay by six goals to one in the semifinal stage of the tournament.
The win also booked his team a ticket to the final on Saturday where they’ll meet Chile, the hosts.
