Barcelona like the idea that Deulofeu will gain much experience in the Premier League and Martinez knows that he will need all his coaching skills to hone the teenager for the English game. In a dramatic turnaround, David Villa has been signed by Atletico Madrid. Diego Simeone’s outfit pipped favourites Tottenham Hotspur to the post with this signing. Villa will be replacing Radamel Falcao who went to Monaco for 45M Euros. This move will guarantee Villa playing time in order to impress Del Bosque ahead of next year’s World Cup in Brazil. Neymar was presented on the pitch at the Camp Nou to 56,500 screaming fans earlier on in Barcelona. After touching down in the city at 13:00 the player went straight to Barca’s offices and underwent a medical before having lunch and then signing his five-year contract that takes him up to 2018.
