Untouchable Barca stings Malaga at La Roseleda

With goals coming from Cesc Fabregás, Leo Messi and Thiago, that was enough to see off Málaga away last night in La Rosaleda stadium. There wasn’t much pellegrini’s Malaga could do to stop the steamroller called Barcelona who had to settle for a consolation goal late in the match.

Barca on autopilot beats Valladolid by 3-1

Barcelona played true to their style and punished Valladolid by three goals to one. Barca’s goals came from Xavi, Messi and Tello. David Villa came off the bench in the second half substituting a very poor Alexis Sanchez who is starting to cause concern amongst the fans, missing an open goal in the first half of the match at the Jose Zorilla stadium.

Athletic Madrid succumb to an awesome Barcelona

It was a great game at the Nou Camp last night with some fantastic goals. Barcelona beat Athletic Madrid by 4 -1 in a fine display of one touch football. Radamel Falcao managed to score a great goal to level at 1-1 but it wasn’t enough to keep the Catalans out of Athletic’s penalty area and score three more and put 13 points between Barca and Real Madrid.

Leo Messi broke Der Bomber’s record last night at the Benito Villamarin stadium in Seville where a quality Betis side under the tight rein of Pepe Mel made Barcelona sweat to the final whistle. Barcelona beat Mallorca by a comfortable four goals to two last night in Palma. Joaquín Caparrós’ side tried to emulate the success of Celtic last week but it didn’t really happen. They were 3 goals down in the first half and managed two consolation goals in the second where Messi got the fourth for Barca and put the game to bed for the Catalans.
