Uli Hoeness has revealed that Pep Guardiola wanted Neymar for Bayern Munich. The Bayern Munich president was speaking at an event organised by a computer distributor and his words were filtered by some attendees. Brazilian signing Neymar looks set to wear either the number 7 shirt or the number 11 for Barca. At the moment those two numbers are currently occupied by David Villa and Thiago Alcántara who could be leaving this summer. 21 year old Brazilian superstar Neymar is to be presented to the fans at the Camp Nou on Monday 3rd June. The player will be playing for Brazil in an international friendly the day before but Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has scheduled a day off for the side which Neymar will use to travel to Barcelona for a medical and his presentation to the fans. Barcelona’s Thiago Alcantara is destined to become one of this year’s top transfers at a knockdown price. The knockdown price for the Barca midfielder is just a paltry 18million euros! Apparently his agent, Pere Guardiola, had written into his contract a clause that would drop the player’s transfer fee to just 18M euros if Thiago didn’t play a certain percentage of games. According to German Sports magazine Kicker, sought after German central defender Mats Hummels has stated that he will stay for another year at his club Borussia Dortmund.
