After a long 10 hour flight, Barcelona are in Bangkok looking ahead to their match against Thailand on Wednesday afternoon. Messi and Neymar on same pitch for Joan Gamper Trophy

Messi and Neymar have been together for four days now and Messi was the man to welcome the young Brazilian at Barca’s training ground just outside the city. They haven’t played together yet but that privilege of seeing them together on the same pitch for the first time is reserved for tomorrow evening at the 47th edition of the Joan Gamper Trophy. Barca welcomes Tata Martino with 7 nil win

Barca welcomed their new coach Gerardo Tata Martino with an exhibition style game of football that allowed the team to go home with some good vibes. The young Cameroon player Jean Marie Dongou (pictured left) came on for Messi and moved around the pitch with ease, scoring two goals and becoming the leading scorer in Barca’s pre-season. Eric Abidal: “I asked the doctors to put me into an induced coma”

Eric Abidal gave an interview to French TV channel on Sunday where he explained the worst moments of his illness. Speaking to TV channel TF1, he said that he asked the doctors to put him into a coma. Barca makes sure at Zaragoza with 3-0 win

It was left up to Barca’s youth academy boys to fire the Catalans to a 3 nil win over Zaragoza yesterday. Goals came from Thiago Alcántara and Christian Tello, who snatched a brace with a great performance to match. Alexis Sánchez representative in Italy for talks with Juventus

As reported by the Italian channel Sky Sport 24, Alexis Sanchez’s manager Fernando Felicevich, was in Turin, Italy yesterday to meet with the Sporting director of Italian giants Juventus, Fabio Paratici. Real Madrid fans want Barca in the semi finals

In a few hours we will know who FC Barcelona will meet in the semi finals of the Champions League. Both sets of fans from the two Spanish sides have a clear idea of who they’d like to meet.
