Arsenal and Liverpool target Pedro Rodríguez will cost £15million say FC Barcelona if they want his signature in the summer.

The two Premier League sides have been told by Barcelona that the 27 year-old player from the Canary Islands “is yours for £15million” and the Catalans are ready to offload him in the summer. Pedro has long been a favourite of the two Premier League sides as Barça are finally ready to cash in on their 2010 world Cup winner.

The word on the street is that Pedro still has 15 months on his current contract but will not stand in his way if a suitable club wants to make off with his signature and are willing to shell out the £15m asking price.

Under Luis Enrique Pedro has gradually slipped down the pecking order at Barcelona and at the moment doesn’t stand a chance of getting some decent game time with Messi, Neymar and Suárez all ahead of the 27 year old.

I’m sure that Pedro won’t mind being let go in the summer as he’s a player that needs to start games and have lots of minutes on the pitch, something that is not happening at the moment despite having just over a year to go on his current contract.
