Barcelona thrashed Mexican side Leon 6 nil in a friendly at the Nou Camp which saw Luis Suárez come off the bench to make his debut for the Blaugranas.
Suárez ran onto the pitch to much applause as he was finally unveiled as a Barcelona player as part of the Joan Gamper Trophy pre-match celebrations.
However, the 27 year old Uruguayan still has to see out his four month ban apart of his punishment by FIFA for biting Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup in Brazil. His first competitive match will be on October 26th when Barça face Real Madrid in the first Clasico match of the new season. The fans got a glimpse of Suárez for the first time in a Barça shirt when he came off the bench in the 77th minute for Rafiña.
Mexican side Leon never presented any problems for Luis Enrique’s team as they cruised to a 6 nil victory with ease. Goals came courtesy of Argentine Messi with Brazilian Neymar netting a brace. New boys from La Masia academy Munir and Sandro also got a look in with Munir also scoring a brace of goals.
Neymar looks completely recovered from his World Cup injury and Messi seems to have that killer instinct back. This match was just a glimpse of what the new trio of front men will be like in the future. Barcelona has one, if not the best front three in the world and just the thought of facing such a trio is enough to send shivers down the spines of any opposing team.
The very best forwards ever(three muskchetiers) Messi, Neymar and Suarez.
this is just the begining , the squad is ok now.
