Jeremy Mathieu has signed for Barcelona on a four year deal plus one optional season for the sum of €20m euros. The 30 year-old Frenchman also has a buyout clause of €50m euros and looks set to take up where Carles Puyol left off in a central defender’s role. More on Jeremy Mathieu
