FC Barcelona have snapped up young Manchester City starlet Denis Suarez for the fee of 1.5M euros. The 19-year-old attacking midfielder, who is a product of City’s youth program, will now join up with the Barca B team where he will be allowed to sharpen his skills.

The search drags on for a new central defender and Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet assures us that FC Barcelona has made a bid of £17.5M for Liverpool’s Daniel Agger. Reports suggest that Real have tied up a £51m five year wage deal coupled with a mega £80m transfer fee with Bale’s representatives although Andre Villas-Boas is ready to fight tooth and nail for his prized asset. Bayern Munich have finally landed Barcelona’s Thiago Alcántara for 25Million euros. The two clubs have reached an agreement where the agreement also stipulates that a friendly will be played by them within four years.The 22 year midfielder leaves Barcelona after playing just two seasons for the Barca first team. Barcelona’s Gerard Deulofeu has signed a one year loan deal with the Toffees. He’ll be under the orders of Roberto Martínez who left Wigan for the job at Everton. Barcelona like the idea that Deulofeu will gain much experience in the Premier League and Martinez knows that he will need all his coaching skills to hone the teenager for the English game.
