Barcelona agree deal with Borussia Monchengladbach over Ter Stegen

FC Barcelona have finally agreed a deal for Bundesliga keeper marc Andre ter Stegen. The Catalan club will pay around £7.5-9.9M for his services and will sign him in the summer.
