According to Roberto Moreno, the lawyer for DIS, who were owners of 40% of Brazilian Neymar’s rights, has spoken out and said that the Catalan giants offered 4M euros in exchange for his silence.

Moreno spoke to Catalan Radio La Xarxa and said: “It’s a fact that Barcelona wanted to seal the deal to protect Neymar. They offered me 4 million euros. I spoke to Andrés Cury, who works for the Catalan giants.”

Roberto Moreno, who is the executive director of DIS, also revealed that the company has launched “legal proceedings against the Catalan club, Neymar Jr, his ex club Santos and his agent Wagner Ribeiro. Moreno said that they filed in Brazil which will now be passed on to the justice authorities in Spain.

The lawyer said that he didn’t want to file a lawsuit against ex Barça president Sandro Rosell but thought it strange that he resigned as he said he didn’t have a problem.
