Premier League giants Manchester United are interested in Alexis Sánchez according to the British press. The Chilean soccer player is having a great start to the season and the English club are thinking how to strengthen the team with their many problems in attack and bad position in the Premiership.
According to the English media, the Chilean international is one of the most sought after players by David Moyes, the ‘Red Devils’ new coach. Moyes is trying to correct the course of the club following the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson that is not going too well according to plans.
A good start to the season endorses Alexis’ candidacy for playing at Old Trafford, although this would be the main obstacle for the Chilean’s exit as well as he is one of the most important players in Tata Martino’s setup at the moment.
Alexis would certainly be a big boost for the Manchester giants as their much hyped start to the season seems to have crashed and burned. The club is currently in 9th position in the league with 10 points and find themselves behind Arsenal FC, Liverpool and Chelsea who have all made good starts to the season with 16 and 14 points respectively.
