According to Bild, Thiago puts 2M out of own pocket to go to Bayern


According to German daily newspaper Bild, Thiago Alcántara has “put 2 million” out of his own pocket in order to complete his move to Bayern Munich, bringing the total figure of the young midfielder’s transfer to 25 million euros.

Furthermore, according to the German newspaper, Barcelona will earn “variables” based on the titles the team from Munich wins in the 2013-14 season. Bayern Munich which will be competing in six competitions, including the Champions League and Club World Cup.

The transfer, estimated at 20 million
Bayern Munich has said itself on its official website that the transfer has cost them 20 million and the rest, ie, 5 million, will come from a friendly match between the two entities in the next four years and by a waiver certain “contractual compensation” by the ex Barca midfielder.
