Cesc Fabregas provided the get out of jail card that Barca needed to beat a stubborn Levante. It was a game with incidents where the ref failed to see a handball from levante and also disallowed a Levante goal for offside when it was clearly onside. it was a disappointing game for Barca with no leo Messi looking ahead to Tuesday’s game in Munich. Hungarian Viktor Kassai to ref Bayern Munich vs Barca clash

UEFA has named Hungarian Viktor Kassai to run the first leg of the Champions League semifinals to be played between Bayern Munich and Barcelona at the Allianz Arena in Munich next Tuesday. Leo Messi now training fully with rest of squad

Great news for Barca fans is that Lionel Messi is now training fully with the rest of the squad. Messi hopes to be at 100% for the first leg of their semi final against Bayern Munich in the fabulous Allianz Arena. Messi trained yesterday and today, Friday, and will also train before the Levante match tomorrow. Who knows, Jordi Roura may even give him some minutes in preparation of the Bayern game. Carles Puyol aims to play in Munich

Barca captain Carles Puyol is aiming to be fit for next Tuesday’s crunch game against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena stadium in Munich. If Puyol doesn’t make it for the first leg, he will most certainly be fit for the second leg at the Camp Nou. Messi gets green light ahead of Bayern Munich clash

Leo Messi has been given the green light by the FC Barcelona medics ahead of the Bayern Munich game which will be played at the Allianz Arena next Tuesday. Barca play Levante at the weekend and Tito Vilanova may be tempted to use Messi in order to give him some minutes and therefore prove his fitness ahead of the important game. Jupp Heynckes: “If I wanted to ask for advice, I would call Cruyff”

Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has said at a press conference before the German media that he will not be making any calls to Pep Guardiola for any advice on how to beat the Catalans. he said that Guardiola would not reveal any details of his former club out of respect and that if he had to call anyone it would be Cruyff, the inventor of Barca’s style. Eric Abidal: “I asked the doctors to put me into an induced coma”

Eric Abidal gave an interview to French TV channel on Sunday where he explained the worst moments of his illness. Speaking to TV channel TF1, he said that he asked the doctors to put him into a coma.
