Barca is best in world but San Siro commands respect says Bojan Krkic

Ex Barcelona player Bojan Krkic will be playing tomorrow night’s game against his old club with lots of memories still ingrained on him from his time spent at “La Masia” – Barca’s youth academy: “As the game gets closer I’m getting nervous. I have a strange feeling. Barça is the best in the world, but the San Siro always commands respect”.

“We want to win and we won’t be satisfied with a draw and it’s important for us to score important to be able to go the Nou Camp with chance of passing this qualifier,” said the A.C Milan striker.

However, Bojan doesn’t see himself in the starting lineup for Wednesday’s clash against A.C Milan and FC Barcelona: “Realistically speaking, I don’t think I’ll be starting on Wednesday evening, but I am prepared for everything.”

Talking about his old club letting in goals on their last nine appearances, Bojan had this to say: “I don’t think the defence or the players are at fault because of Barcelona’s defensive problems because they have the best defenders in the world. They are going through a bad patch but the most important thing is that they are winning.”

The ex Blaugrana striker believes that Milan will face the game in an ambitious way: “When you come up against Barcelona you have to take risks and to get through this round we’ll have to do more than that, especially in the first leg.”
