Barcelona suffered last night to beat Athletic Bilbao with goals by Villa and Messi. Iraola scored from the penalty spot to make it 1-1 but Messi put the leaders in front with a strike at 77 minutes. Joaquín Caparrós, the Athletic Bilbao coach certainly knows how to make Barça suffer but when you have a “Messi” in your team who can decide the game for you it makes all the difference! Villa’s goal was offside and the ref didn’t see that and so Barcelona still have 5 points over their nearest rivals Real Madrid who won their match on Saturday 2-0.
